We do appreciate the difficulty for having the POA legalized up to the Syrian Consulate since the same is not available in Korea, noting that the legalization of any other Embassy instead will not be acceptable. On the other hand, kindly note that our clients in Korea depend on other applicable solutions to solve this issue, whereas it will be possible, as an alternative, to have the POA legalized up to the Lebanese Consulate in Korea and thereafter be sent to our colleagues in Lebanon office in order to complete the legalization procedures of the same from both the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Syrian Consulate there. Afterwards, our colleagues shall send the documents to our office in Syria in order to complete the super legalization procedures of the same. The costs for having any document legalized up to the Syrian Consulate in Lebanon are US$325.00; this includes the official fees US$175.00 (stamps, legalization, courier and miscellaneous) plus our own charges. Accordingly, kindly advise if the above process can be applied, otherwise, we will try to find other solutions. |
